With a combined experience of 39 years in the retailing industry, Oscar and Marianne Ochoa had a vision of starting and growing their own business. Drawing upon their background in Marketing and Public Relations, they researched businesses that were in high demand in the Permian Basin Area.

In 2013, Oscar and Marianne founded 8A Professional Cleaning Services, LLC. They take immense pride in their staff and company, and strive to maintain strong, viable relationships with all of their clients.

Thanks to their unwavering dedication to quality service, 8A Professional Cleaning now services over 3,000,000+ square feet in commercial building space in the Midland and Odessa markets. The company is excited to announce the expansion of their commercial cleaning services into the DFW market in the Fall of 2023.
